Parent Information- Lateral Flow Tests

Parent information

From 22nd March staff have the facility to carry out twice weekly lateral flow tests at home.

Should a member of staff receive a positive LFD result all close contacts will need to isolate immediately and the staff member will need to go for a PCR test the same day. Should the PCR result then come back negative the staff member and close contacts will no longer need to isolate however, if this is positive the staff member and close contacts will need to continue to isolate.

If your child is identified as a close contact we will inform you straight away.

If a staff member has to isolate but your child has not been in close contact with them, you may still be informed that your child needs to remain at home due to staff:child ratios.

If you have any questions or have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thanks

Sam and Clare
